In our catalog, two- and three-room apartments for rent in Warsaw cost from 3 500 to 6 000 zł per month plus the building fee (450–1 500 zł). With every offer we state the full price — rent and building fee together.
Will I pay a commission for a rental?
On new builds the buyer pays 0% commission, on the secondary market 2%, on land 3%, and for rentals — 70% of the monthly rent. No hidden fees.
Do you help tenants from Ukraine and Belarus?
