How AI systems may use allproperty.pl content

Version of 14 October 2026. Applies to allproperty.pl in all language versions.

We want accurate information about renting and buying flats in Warsaw to reach people through search engines and AI assistants too. We therefore grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the text content of this website, to the extent we hold the rights to it, on the terms below.

What you may do

Read and index every publicly available page of the website, including with search engine and AI assistant crawlers.
Carry out text and data mining, including to train and fine-tune AI models. We do not reserve this right within the meaning of Article 26³ of the Polish Copyright Act and Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790.
Summarise our articles and service descriptions, and quote passages from them, in answers, search results and overviews.

Condition: credit the source

When you use our content in an answer, name the source as "allproperty.pl" and, where the interface allows, link to the page the information comes from. Credit is not required for model training, but we will appreciate it.

What the licence does not cover

Photos, graphics, videos and floor plans: photos of flats and developments, article illustrations and developer logos. Their rights belong to photographers, owners or developers, and we cannot sublicense them. They may not be used to train models or to generate images. Only ordinary display of a thumbnail with a link in search results is permitted.
Personal data of owners, tenants and clients, and anything submitted through forms.
Forms, confirmation pages (/dziekujemy/) and technical addresses.
The allproperty name and logo, other than to credit the source.
Republishing whole articles or their translations as your own content on other websites. Quotes and summaries are fine.

Personal data

This licence covers copyright only. It is not consent to process personal data, nor any other legal basis for processing under the GDPR. We do not publish data of owners or clients on the website. If any personal data appears on a page, it may not be used for model training or profiling.

Our content is for information only and is not legal or tax advice. Prices, availability and regulations change. Please state the date of publication or update and link to the source page rather than presenting listing details as current. Listings do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code.
