Short stays
Short-stay apartments in Warsaw
A place for a few days or longer, booked directly with us — without booking-service commission.
A short-stay apartment makes sense when a hotel room is too cramped and a long-term lease makes no sense: a week-long business trip, a move during renovation, a stay in Warsaw for treatment or paperwork. You get a separate kitchen, a washing machine and a proper place to work.
Booking goes directly through us, without booking services and their commission. We quote the price and terms in full up front — including the cleaning fee and the deposit where one applies — so that nothing unexpected is added when the keys are handed over.
We look after guests in Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and English. The phone is answered around the clock, so if a train is delayed or plans change at the last minute, there is someone to sort it out with.

Guest stories
When a place is needed today, not tomorrow
Three situations where one thing mattered — how quickly you can get into the flat.
01 Plans changed mid-day — five flats ready to walk into The trip fell through and they had to stay in Warszawa a few more days. See how we handled it
Plans changed overnight: instead of leaving, a few extra days in Warszawa. A last-minute hotel turned out expensive, and on the booking services the free apartments only allowed check-in the next day, or from a time set by the host.
- We showed five flats that could be entered the same day — cleaned after the previous guests and prepared.
- For each one we gave the full cost of the stay up front: the nightly rate, cleaning, any deposit. No extra charges revealed at the door.
- The keys were waiting in a key box, so collecting them did not depend on reception hours or on when the host could get there.
- The booking went directly through us — with no booking-service commission.
The guest moved in that same afternoon rather than the next day. We handle check-in from 9:00 to 18:00, seven days a week; the keys are usually ready within an hour of confirmation*.
02 Renovation at home — a three-week stay instead of a hotel A hotel room for three weeks means cost and no kitchen of your own. See how we handled it
A family had to move out of their flat while it was being renovated. A hotel over that period means a bill for every night, no washing machine, and eating out for three weeks.
- We picked a flat with a separate kitchen and a washing machine in the same area — so there was no change of school or commute.
- We agreed a rate for the longer stay: over three weeks the nightly rate works out lower than for a single night.
- We quoted the full cost of the stay before booking, including the final cleaning.
The cost came out lower than a hotel of comparable standard, and the family had their own kitchen and washing machine throughout the renovation.
03 A business trip with a company invoice and proof of stay A work trip where the accounts department needs documents. See how we handled it
An employee came to Warszawa for a couple of weeks. What was needed was somewhere to work in the flat, an invoice made out to the company, and proof of stay for the travel expense claim.
- We chose a flat with a desk and stable internet — on a longer assignment that is not an extra, it is a condition of working.
- We issued the invoice to the company and the confirmation of stay for the expense claim.
- We answer the phone at any hour, so moving the flight date did not mean waiting until morning.
The employee had somewhere to work, and the accounts department had a complete set of documents without having to chase them afterwards.
What it costs
The nightly rate is set individually — it depends on the apartment, the length of stay and the season. You book directly with us, so no booking-service commission is added. The full cost of the stay is quoted before the reservation is confirmed.
* Key handover time depends on the apartment’s availability and readiness after previous guests.
Frequently asked questions

Is the phone answered at night?
Yes, +48 666 866 468 is answered around the clock, including at night and at weekends. The key handover itself, however, takes place during check-in hours, between 9:00 and 18:00.
How much does a night cost?
The price depends on the apartment, the dates and the length of stay, so we quote it individually for your specific dates. For longer stays the nightly rate is usually lower than for a single night.
Is there a booking fee?
No. You book directly with us, without booking-service commission. The full cost — the nightly rate, cleaning and any deposit — is quoted before confirmation, so no extra charges appear on arrival.
