Rules of a safe deal with us
- You pay a deposit ONLY after viewing the apartment and signing the contract.
- All payments go exclusively to the company bank account stated in the contract — never to private cards, BLIK to an „agent" or cryptocurrency.
- You always get the contract to read before signing — in Polish, Russian or Ukrainian.
- Our agents never charge for a viewing itself or for „holding your place in the queue".
- You can verify NIP 5214128421 in the government CEIDG register.

Your right under an occasional lease
You have the right to ask the owner for confirmation that the lease was reported to the tax office. If it was not reported within 14 days from the start of the lease, the contract works as an ordinary lease — with full protection of the tenants rights act.
Do you see our photos in someone else's listing?
If you found a listing with our photos but a different phone number or a lower price — it is most likely a clone. Write to us and we will report the fraud. Do not transfer any money.
